Shipping Policy

 

Order Processing:

Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days.

Shipping Delivery:

To minimize the risk of the chocolate melting, we only ship out orders only on Monday and Tuesday.  We ship primarily through FedEx, UPS and USPS Priority Mail using Second Day Air (2 business days) whenever possible.  Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. Some items cannot be shipped using Second Day or Next Day due to size, weight, hazardous materials and delivery address. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Warm Weather / Melting Policy:

Beginning June 1, we institute a warm weather shipping policy. We exercise caution when shipping. however, we cannot guarantee they won't melt. Sorry, but we cannot replace items that melt!!!
